We had the goal of engaging a core group of our clientele in an ongoing dialogue, and we intuitively felt that customer satisfaction surveys were not frequent enough.

Content, content, and content again: Reezalt really puts in effort to do research, develop meaningful visuals and text - we would have never been able to generate content of this quality with our internal resources. The speed of response Reezalt has demonstrated is also highly valued - our FB page has really turned into a rapid and efficient tool for reaching out to our customers on various urgent circumstances (including when there are urgent opportunities that would be otherwise missed out had not it been Reezalt's capability to rapidly respond with appropriate content).

Are there any areas of improvements?
They should be more aggressive when it comes to acquiring new clientele: I don't think they are second to any SMM agency in Armenia and in the Caucasus region.
